The Magic Of Macy's Christmas Holiday Commerical 2007

This is a celebrity-filled commercial for Macy's from the Christmas Holiday season, 2007. It features all the people who have products on sale at Macy's, including Usher, Kenneth Cole, Donald Trump, P. Diddy, Martha Stewart, Russell Simmons, Kimora Simmons, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc Ecko and Jessica Simpson. It features all these celebrities decorating a Macy's store for the holiday season. At the end of the commercial, Jessica Simpson accidentally kicks an extension chord out of the electric socket and all the power goes out on the commercial. It's a cute commercial for Macy's.

This is Grace Jones singing "Little Drummer Boy" on the Pee-Wee Christmas Special on CBS a few years ago. A box carrying Grace Jones is accidentally delivered to the Playhouse instead of the White House. Since Grace is already there, she asks Pee Wee if she can sing a song- a perfect Christmas gift for Pee-Wee!

The Country Bear Jamboree Christmas Special at Walt Disney World

This is the Christmas Holiday edition of "The Country Bear Jamboree" at Walt Disney World. This special holiday attraction also ran at Disneyland for a few years every Holiday season, right up until Disneyland took out their "Country Bear Jamboree". This video will bring back memories if you've ever seen it. If not, you are in for a treat! This show features audio-animatronic bears performing Christmas songs.

Christmas Will Be Fun This Year

This will be a special Christmas. Why? Because although the technology has changed a lot since the Great Depression, people will most likely doing without this year for the most part. I wish that I could afford an iPhone or a new car or even a few nice clothes. Like in that TV movie, "The Homecoming: A Christmas Story" (about the Waltons), a lot of people will just have to settle for the love of family and friends to get them by. And that's how it should be anyway, right?

Tony Danza Commercial for the 1988 Hollywood Christmas Parade

This is a commercial featuring actor Tony Danza, advertising the 1988 Hollywood Christmas Parade, for which Danza was the Grand Marshall. They don't have this parade anymore, because the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce (which I am a member of) was losing money every year, due to lack of sponsorship. I don't know, but with all the investment in Hollywood right now and all the big companies there, I think that they could've done a better job at raising the money, as well as luring more talent there. They gave up too easily, in my opinion. Heck, with the Kodak Theater, Jimmy Kimmel Live and all those new glitzy buildings on Hollywood Boulevard, I think it'd not only be easy to get some TV advertisers, but they also have better views for the audience at home! If they want to hire me to raise money for the Parade so that we could put it on again, I'm up fo the job!

Do They Know It's Christmas by Band Aid

This is the video for the single, "Do They Know It's Christmas?" by Band Aid. This video was put together in 1984 to raise money for starving people in Africa. It was the first video of its kind. Later on, there were other songs with videos to raise money for starving people, but they all copied this effort. See Boy George, Bono, Sting, Simon Le Bon, Phil Collins, and members of other pop groups of the '80s in this video.
